The 33-year-old took to her social media platform to share details about her “child free” evening. Her followers suspected that she had gone to the Channel 4 fan favorite show in the hopes of meeting a new romantic interest, but she actually went to the Municipal Hotel for a gifted stay.
During her visit, she indulged in a spa day and enjoyed a drink at the hotel’s upscale bar. In one of the photos she shared, she looked elegant and chic in a beige trench coat, posing on a velvet chair in the color mustard.
The bar area had a grand appearance with swanky gold tiles and marble floor tiles, resembling the familiar setting on First Date where hopefuls meet before being escorted to their tables. After recently returning to social media, Helen opened up about her mental health struggles and the difficult things she had been going through during December and January.
She shared an honest post with her fans, revealing that she had a tough time and had reactions to medication that resulted in a few challenging days. This made it impossible for her to start rehearsals for her work due to her mental condition.
She mentioned that she feels much happier after therapy and reminded fans to always “be kind”.
