The broadcasting of Euro 2024 will see a change to the Beeb’s coverage as Alan Shearer will take on the role of co-commentator for the tournament, alongside his pundit duties on Match of the Day. Fans of the sport will be able to follow the journey of the teams on both BBC and ITV.
Shearer, who also fulfilled the same role during Euro 2020, will be providing co-commentary for the upcoming tournament. This was humorously discussed by Richards and Lineker during a conversation.
