Ruby revealed the attackers were then panicked after remaining in the house for too long, and the police arrived minutes later. However, no arrests have been made, and those responsible remain at large.
Police later gave the couple an alarm to sound that would go straight through to the cops. Ruby added the alarms randomly activated weeks later, and the police arrived in minutes.
