The King has been diagnosed with an unknown form of cancer, which was found in its early stages during his recent hospital stay for a procedure on an enlarged prostate. Cotterill, an outspoken figure, took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share his thoughts.
He posted questioning the occurrence of royal family members having cancer and also shared about treating the community members to various offerings and promotions. However, the post backfired when community notes proved him wrong.
