The former Penthouse ‘Pet of the Month’ was transported from a celebrity rehab location in Malibu, California, where she was thought to have been receiving addiction treatment, according to TMZ. Sources close to Emily have revealed that she is in “critical condition” in a critical care unit in the hospital, the outlet claimed. She’s been nominated 15 times for awards in the adult film industry and has got the nod for ‘Favourite Porn Star Creator’ at the Adult Video Awards 2024. The former Mormon has a massive two million Instagram followers and has rubbed shoulders with social media giants like David Dobrek.
But life hasn’t been all big pay days and porn awards. Emily filed a $5 million (£4.3 million) defamation lawsuit against fellow porn actors Gianna Dior and Adria Rae over allegations she was filmed engaged in sex acts with a dog. “It was a scandal, and a highly salient one, with obvious potential to destroy careers.” At the time, a video went viral on Twitter alleging that Emily was the woman in the video.
“Participants in the adult entertainment industry are heavy users of Twitter, which they use to communicate among themselves and with the general public,” the suit said. But worse, to untold others in the industry and in the consumer base, [Emily] may never have a chance to fully clear her name.” After the lawsuit, Adria Rae apologies for the claims. The stars resolved the matter privately and the case was dropped in 2022.
