Currently, only two small units are in use, with many previous tenants forced to relocate to nearby Eldon Square to consolidate the remaining retail space. “It’s crazy in here,” said David. “It’s hard to imagine it once having a life.” The entire area, which used to host a snooker hall and a strip club, fell into disuse only about five or six years ago, but it has already become an urban wasteland.
