Football chairman shoves taunting young fan; angry dad slams ‘arrogant’ owner – Daily Star

The incident occurred after a match when a young supporter approached Chansiri for a photograph and proceeded to sing a derogatory chant while recording the incident on his mobile phone. Chansiri appeared to respond by pushing the fan, before security intervened. The video of the incident went viral, and the fan’s father took to social media to criticize the Wednesday chairman.

The father said, “My son getting hit by the Sheffield Wednesday chairman! Just about shows his arrogance and not understanding of the English game!” Chansiri remains a controversial figure at the club, and both the father and son received criticism from fellow fans for their behavior.

The club has been approached for comment. This is not the first time the chairman has upset supporters, and the recent incident has cast a shadow over what was one of Wednesday’s best moments of the season. In the match, Anthony Musaba scored a first-half goal, with Ike Ugbo and Josh Windass adding goals in the second half, securing a victory for Wednesday over West Brom.

The Wednesday boss praised the team’s performance, highlighting their defensive efforts and improvement in points earned in recent games.
