Mastering the sale of affordable food and drink in ‘invisible’ packaging that embodies attention to detail – Daily Star

The Masters tournament at Augusta is known for its meticulous preparation and attention to detail. One interesting aspect of this is the use of dark green packaging for items such as the iconic pimento cheese sandwich, priced at just $1.50 (£1.20). The green wrappers have been chosen so they blend into the course surroundings, in case someone accidentally drops their packaging.

This attention to detail extends to other aspects of the tournament, with items such as bin bags, patron’s chairs, range ball sacks, and divot fillers all made in dark green to avoid distracting the players. As for the tournament itself, the leaderboard shows some changes, with DeChambeau dropping down the rankings and Scheffler currently leading at -7, followed by Collin Morikawa at -6, Max Homa at -5, and Ludvig Aberg at -4. It seems DeChambeau has not been his usual self, hitting a double bogey and facing a tougher challenge from the other players.
