Pascal Chimbonda, Premier League Legend, Offers Apology After His Managed Club Suffers a 10-1 Defeat – Daily Star

Skelmersdale United suffered a catastrophic 10-1 defeat to second-placed Bury FC on Saturday. The team’s manager, Pascal Chimbonda, admitted that it was not the “best performance” from the Blueboys. Chimbonda took to Twitter to apologize to the fans who had traveled to see the match, promising to do better in the upcoming game on Tuesday.

This defeat marks another negative milestone in Chimbonda’s time in charge, as he has previously hit the headlines for an X-rated half-time rant during a 6-0 defeat where he used 72 swear words. Additionally, he was sent off in Skelmersdale’s game against Barnoldswick Town in October, less than a week after joining, and was handed a five-match ban and a £50 fine for leaving his technical area during a row. The Frenchman’s ban for improper conduct was later reduced to three matches.

New Boost members can subscribe for only £22 extra a month for 18 months, requiring Sky Q & Sky TV, with a price guaranteed for the entire 18-month minimum term.
