The organizers have confirmed that all matches are scheduled to proceed as planned, and appropriate security measures will be in place. However, despite these assurances, there is concern among fans who are expected to attend the games in London, Paris, and Madrid. The Spanish manager expressed his unease during a press conference, stating that everyone is worried about the threat and hopes that it can be controlled, and that the threats do not materialize into actual incidents.

France’s Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin confirmed that security measures have been intensified following a clear threat mentioned publicly by Islamic State. He stated that he had spoken with the police chief, who has significantly increased security resources in response to the threat. Meanwhile, in Paris, PSG is preparing to face Barcelona with an expected crowd of around 49,000.

Led by Kylian Mbappe, PSG aims to take a step closer to securing their first Champions League victory. Despite their dominance in Ligue 1, the club has yet to clinch a major European honor, despite significant investments since their acquisition by Qatar Sports Investments in 2011.
