Col Raj Agrawal of America’s Space Delta 2 force expressed concerns about China’s space activities, emphasizing their intent to project power in the Indo-Pacific. Gen Stephen Whiting, commander of US Space Command, warned about China’s development of a “kill web” over the Pacific Ocean, designed to track and target enemy forces.
